SPEAKEASY
“Low light. Loud truths.”
SPEAKEASY lives where the lights are low and the truths are loud — jazz-trap arrangements beneath spoken word confessionals and soul hooks. Where jazz once met the trap, SPEAKEASY built a room, poured a drink, and started talking. Every track is an after-hours session you weren't supposed to hear.

Extended profile · via wunderlandcorporation.com
SPEAKEASY is the sound of a secret being told in a crowded room. A jazz-trap poet and vocalist whose music lives in the space between the underground bar and the arena — intimate enough to whisper, powerful enough to fill a cathedral.
Drawing from the golden age of jazz lyricism, the rhythmic architecture of trap, and the confessional tradition of spoken word, SPEAKEASY creates music that feels simultaneously timeless and urgently contemporary. Every track is a story; every story is a warning.
Discovered through a viral late-night session recording that circulated through music circles in 2022, SPEAKEASY was signed to Wunderland Records in 2023. Their debut album 'PROHIBITION' was described as one of the most distinctive debut records of the decade.
“Every song I write is a door I wasn't supposed to open. I open them anyway.”
